ASI Eksklusif memang lebih baik, sebenernya ASI Eksklusif itu ASI yang di berikan kepada anak dari ibunya (ya iyalah masa' bapaknya :-o) tanpa makanan atau minuman yang laennya, kecuali kalo anak tu sakit ya di kasi obat.

Peneletian WHO Menyatakan kalo pemberian ASI Eksklusif yang paling bagus itu sebelum 6 bulan.
